Our approach to weight loss and nutrition coaching is grounded in the same integrative, whole-person philosophy that guides everything we do at Reflective Soul. Meet Dawn

Dawn brings a warm, encouraging, and practical approach to nutrition and wellness coaching. She works with clients to build realistic habits that support their energy, weight, confidence, and overall well-being, without rigid rules or all-or-nothing thinking.

As part of the Reflective Soul team, Dawn works alongside our counsellors, naturopathic doctor, nurse, and doctor. When your physical and mental health are connected, your care can be too.

    How we work with you

    Initial Consultation — 60 minutes

    Your first session is designed to give us a clear and complete picture of where you are right now and where you want to go.

    Together we will explore your nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, routines, and relevant health history. We will talk through your goals, whether that is weight loss, more energy, better stress management, strength, confidence, or overall wellness, and we will look honestly at what has been getting in the way. Time constraints, hormonal changes, inconsistent routines, and past experiences are all part of the conversation.

    From there, we begin building a realistic, personalized plan that fits your life, not someone else’s.

    You will receive a short intake form before your appointment so we can make the most of our time together.

    8-Week Holistic Wellness Program

    For clients who want ongoing structure, support, and accountability after their initial consultation, our 8-Week Holistic Wellness Program offers weekly 30-minute check-ins to keep you moving forward.

    Each session we will review your progress, adjust your plan where needed, and set practical, achievable goals for the week ahead. You will have consistent encouragement and guidance every step of the way.

    This program is designed to help you build realistic habits, create meaningful change, and feel genuinely supported throughout the process.

The Perimenopause Body Code Program

Support for women navigating weight changes, low energy, and shifting hormones

If you are in your 40s or 50s and finding that your body is changing in ways that feel frustrating or unfamiliar, you are not alone. The Perimenopause Body Code Program is a comprehensive 6-month coaching experience designed to help you better understand your body, feel more confident in your skin, and build sustainable habits that support your health through perimenopause and beyond.

This program is built around simple, realistic strategies tailored to your goals and your lifestyle.

You will learn:

  • What is changing in your body during perimenopause and how to support yourself through it
  • How to nourish your body in a way that feels balanced and enjoyable
  • What kinds of movement and strength-building best support your energy, body composition, and overall wellness
  • How to improve stress, sleep, and self-care in a way that feels doable in real life
  • How to build support systems and routines that help you stay consistent

What is included:

  • Three months of weekly 1:1 coaching sessions

    We work closely together to fine-tune your nutrition, movement, and lifestyle strategies so they feel realistic, supportive, and aligned with your goals.

  • The PBC Video Series

    Ongoing access to the Perimenopause Body Code video series, covering nutrition, fitness, sleep, self-care, and building the kind of support that helps change last.

  • Three additional months of email and text support

    After your initial coaching phase, you continue to receive guidance and accountability through email and text support so you can stay encouraged, work through challenges, and maintain your progress.

Yes. The initial consultation is the starting point for all of our nutrition and wellness coaching services, including the 8-Week Holistic Wellness Program and the Perimenopause Body Code Program. It gives us the full picture we need to support you well.

Some extended health benefit plans include coverage for nutrition counselling services. Coverage varies by plan, so we recommend checking with your provider directly. We are happy to provide receipts for insurance purposes.

Yes. Nutrition and wellness coaching sessions are available both in person in Kelowna and online for clients across BC.

Nutrition coaching with Dawn focuses specifically on practical lifestyle support, habit building, weight, energy, and wellness coaching. Our naturopathic doctor takes a clinical, root-cause approach to health that may include lab work, hormonal assessment, herbal medicine, and supplementation. For some clients, working with both is the most effective approach, and at Reflective Soul, that kind of coordinated care is easy to arrange.
