Mental health at the centre
Mental health is the foundation of everything we do and it shapes how every practitioner approaches their work, regardless of their discipline.

An integrative mental health and wellness clinic in Kelowna where counselling, trauma therapy, naturopathic medicine, and whole-person care work together under one roof.
Reflective Soul was built on a straightforward but uncommon premise: that mental health is deeply connected to the rest of a person's life, body, and history, and that care works better when it reflects that reality.
We created a space where mental health is genuinely at the centre, not listed as one service among many, and where practitioners across disciplines share a philosophy, a building, and a commitment to seeing the whole person. Your care is coordinated, connected, and built around you.
Mental health at the centre. Whole-person care in practice.

Stress can live in the body. Trauma can shape the nervous system. Physical symptoms like fatigue, pain, hormonal changes, and digestive issues can affect mood, sleep, energy, and relationships. And mental health challenges can show up emotionally, cognitively, and physically all at once.
At Reflective Soul, our integrative model is designed to address all of that. Our practitioners, including counsellors, a naturopathic doctor, nutrition coach /personal trainer, work within the same clinic and the same philosophy. When your care benefits from collaboration, that conversation happens naturally. When your physical and mental health are connected, we can support both.
Care may include counselling, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), art therapy, naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, nutrition guidance, or wellness support, individually or in combination, depending on what you need. Art therapy offers a creative and evidence-informed approach to mental health support, helping children, teens, and adults process emotions, trauma, anxiety, stress, grief, and life transitions through drawing, painting, and creative expression. Clients do not need artistic experience to benefit, the focus is on emotional healing, self-awareness, and personal growth in a safe, supportive, and trauma-informed environment.
Mental health is the foundation of everything we do and it shapes how every practitioner approaches their work, regardless of their discipline.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is one of the most effective trauma therapies available. We are the only clinic in Kelowna with fully trained ART practitioners.
Every practitioner at Reflective Soul is trauma-informed. This shapes the standard of care across every service we offer, creating a consistently safer, more compassionate experience for every client.
With a Naturopathic Doctor and former nurse as part of our clinic, our team brings a broader, more informed view of the relationship between physical and mental health to every client's care.
Our team shares a space and a philosophy. When your care benefits from a more connected approach, we can genuinely deliver that across disciplines, within the same clinic.
Our team includes counsellors with specialized training for ADHD and autism, grief and loss, OCD, addictions, first responders and high-stress professions, and trauma across the lifespan.
Reflective Soul was designed intentionally, to function as a clinic and to feel like a place where people can genuinely exhale.
We understand that for many people, walking into a healthcare setting carries its own weight. A space that feels safe, calm, and unhurried is not a luxury. It is part of the care itself.
Our clinic is warm, grounded, and nature-inspired, designed to support nervous system regulation from the moment you arrive. Human, professional, and built for the kind of care that takes its time.

Everything at Reflective Soul is guided by a set of values that shape how we show up for every client, every day.
We look at the full picture, physical, emotional, relational, and historical, and build care that reflects it.
We understand that trauma is common and that it shapes how people experience care. Every practitioner at Reflective Soul is trained to create a more attuned, compassionate experience of support.
Care is better when practitioners talk to each other. We have built a clinic where that happens naturally.
Every person carries a different story and needs a different approach. We build care around the individual.
We are committed to providing care that is respectful, inclusive, and sensitive to the lived experience of all clients, including LGBTQ2S+ individuals, First Nations clients, and people from diverse cultural backgrounds. We are an approved provider for ICBC and ALS.
We respectfully acknowledge that we live and work on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the syiɬxən Okanagan people. We honour and respect the Indigenous peoples who have cared for this land since time immemorial.
Whether you are ready to book, want to learn more about our services, or would like help finding the right fit, we are here.
