Initial Consultation — 60 minutes
Your first session is designed to give us a clear and complete picture of where you are right now and where you want to go.
Together we will explore your nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, routines, and relevant health history. We will talk through your goals, whether that is weight loss, more energy, better stress management, strength, confidence, or overall wellness, and we will look honestly at what has been getting in the way. Time constraints, hormonal changes, inconsistent routines, and past experiences are all part of the conversation.
From there, we begin building a realistic, personalized plan that fits your life, not someone else’s.
You will receive a short intake form before your appointment so we can make the most of our time together.
