Our Rates

We are committed to providing high-quality, affordable services to support your health and wellness journey. Below is a comprehensive list of our rates for various services which are based off the applicable guidelines for that respective service. Please note that all prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Counselling Services – In-person or Online

  • Individual Counselling

    $150 per 50 minute session

    Online or in-person, these one to one session are intended to help individuals to process and explore their thoughts and learn tools to better to better navigate life. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

  • Couples Counselling

    $185 per 50 minute session

    Online or in-person, these one to one session are intended to help individuals to process and explore their thoughts and learn tools to better to better navigate life. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

  • Family Counselling

    $195 per 50 minute session

    Online or in-person, this time will be spent addressing your struggles and building better communication and coping tools.

  • Group Therapy

    Group Therapy price varies on length of session

  • Adolescent Counselling

    $150 per 50 minutesession

    Online or in-person, your counsellor will help teens to address problems they are currently having and bounce back from life’s challenges while learning tools to navigate difficult relationships, peer pressure, cliques, online bullying, and other problems they may be facing.

  • Life Transitions

    $150 per 50 minute session

    Online or in-person, our one-on-one life transitions therapy sessions provide support and guidance as you navigate change. Whether you’re facing a career shift, relationship change, or other major life event, we help you process emotions and build coping strategies. Sessions are typically held weekly or bi-weekly.

  • ART Therapy

    $195 per 70 minute session

    In-person, our one-on-one art therapy sessions offer a creative and supportive space to explore emotions, process experiences, and develop coping tools. No artistic skills are required—just a willingness to express yourself. Sessions are typically held weekly or bi-weekly.

  • Grief Therapy

    $240 per 90 minute session

    Online or in-person, our one-on-one grief therapy sessions provide a safe space to process your emotions, explore your thoughts, and develop tools to navigate loss. Sessions are typically held weekly or bi-weekly, offering support tailored to your healing journey.

Weight Loss and Nutrition Coaching – Online

Your first session is designed to build a clear understanding of where you are now and where you’d like to go with your health and wellness. During this consultation, we will:

  1. Assess Your Current Health and Lifestyle
    We’ll dive into your current nutrition, exercise habits, sleep patterns, stress levels and any relevant health history. This gives us a holistic view of where you’re starting and any underlying factors affecting your health.
  2. Explore Your Goals
    Whether your goals involve weight loss, improved energy, stress management, or other wellness objectives, we’ll define your vision and outline what success looks like for you.
  3. Identify Barriers and Challenges
    Together, we’ll discuss any obstacles or challenges you’ve faced in the past, such as motivation, time constraints, or specific health conditions, and begin brainstorming strategies to overcome them.
  4. Create a Personalized Path Forward
    Based on your goals and current habits, we’ll start creating a roadmap, outlining initial steps and support strategies to help you move forward with confidence and clarity.

The initial consultation is a powerful step toward building a sustainable, long-term plan that aligns with your unique needs and vision for wellness.
You’ll receive a short intake form to fill out before your appointment. This helps us prepare materials tailored to your specific needs and goals so we can make the most of our time together.

Group benefits may cover nutrition counselling services.

After your initial consultation, our 8 week Holistic Wellness Program is designed to keep you motivated, supported and accountable as you work toward your health goals. You’ll have weekly 30-minute check-ins to:

  1. Review Your Progress
    We’ll track your achievements and adjust your plan as needed to ensure it stays aligned with your evolving goals.
  2. Set Weekly Goals
    Each session includes goal-setting that’s practical and achievable so you continue to make steady progress.
  3. Stay Supported and Accountable
    You’ll receive ongoing guidance, encouragement and accountability to help you overcome challenges and stay on track.

This package provides a structured, supportive environment so that you build lasting habits and create real, sustainable change.

$195 per 50 minute session

Online or in-person, this time will be spent addressing your struggles and building better communication and coping tools.

Our holistic wellness program covers everything from fitness and nutrition to sleep and self-care. Together we’ll map out a plan that respects your goals and lifestyles, including custom nutrition, exercise and selfcare plans. Weekly 1:1 coaching sessions will get you from where you are to where you want to be with a program tailers to your real life.

  • Initial Consultation – 60 Minute Consultation with full fitness, nutrition and lifestyle assessment $120
  • 8 week follow up program $600
    • 8 x 30 minute follow up sessions to review progress, set weekly goals and provide support and accountability
