Art Therapy
In art therapy, the therapist assists the client to engage in a range of creative practices and psychotherapy to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and approaches for addressing their concerns. No art skills or prior experience are required. Sandra introduces the process and materials and works alongside you every step of the way.
Before beginning any work with art materials, Sandra will take time to get to know you and understand your situation, and will discuss options for moving forward with talk therapy, art therapy, or a combination of both.
